A miscarriage is defined as the loss of pregnancy before 24 weeks; Most of the miscarriages are likely to occur actually during the first 12 weeks of continuing pregnancy. Unfortunately, the miscarriage is very common, which can affect one in every eight pregnancies all over the world. Following the miscarriage, one is advised to take it normally and should rest for some of days to overcome the loss. After the miscarriage woman becomes mentally affected, therefore she should have somebody she trusts, so that she could talk frankly about her feelings. Following the miscarriage it is very hard to go back to a usual daily habit.

After the miscarriage patient may experience trouble in sleeping, headaches, anger and sadness. She can also experience fatigue and lack of appetite. A miscarriage could be confusing, frightening and sad. It is normal to feel pain over the loss of child. If the woman suffers too much with her sorrow, or continues to depression, must always talk to her doctor for the further help.
